DEEP OR MOVING SCOPE + FINE-DUST REMOVAL
The renovation ends.
The detail work begins.
A furnished home gets our Deep Clean scope. An empty home gets our Moving Clean scope. Then we add fine-dust removal from every single surface within the agreed, safely accessible project scope—not just the places you notice first.
Surfaces & interiors
Walls dusted and spot-cleaned, fixtures, doors and accessible surfaces. Cabinet interiors and oven and fridge interiors are part of the Deep or Moving scope; we work around belongings in furnished homes.
Floors & final details
Dust removal from floors and accessible corners, followed by a thorough floor clean. We check the agreed areas again before wrapping up each visit.
We confirm access, surface finishes, the condition of the home and any project-specific residue before quoting. Active trades, hazardous materials and unsafe access need to be resolved before cleaning. Read Crown’s Policies →

THE FIRST THOROUGH CLEAN
Remove the heavy dust.
Once the home is safe to enter and the main construction work is complete, we tackle the heavy dust and residue left behind. We work through the agreed Deep or Moving scope, including accessible interiors, glass, trim, fixtures and floors.
It’s the first reset—not a promise that airborne dust or returning trades won’t leave another layer.
AFTER THE DUST SETTLES
Return for the finish.
We coordinate the second visit around the trades finishing, dust settling and furniture moving in. We remove newly settled fine dust and revisit the details so the home is ready for living.
The timing is planned with you around your project; it isn’t an automatic next-day appointment.
Always quoted as 2 visits, even without a recurring plan. A deposit is required to book.
Only need one visit?
We can do it, and it will cost less. But areas that workers or movers dirty again aren’t our responsibility, and the Make-It-Right Guarantee does not apply to a single-visit post-construction clean.
