No. We bring all supplies. You can provide a key, door code, or lockbox so we can clean while you’re out. Please make sure pets are secure and water, electricity, and parking are available.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, there’s no charge. Less than 48 hours’ notice is charged 50% of the visit price; same-day cancellations or lockouts are charged the full price. After your initial commitment, service can end with 14 days’ notice.
